There are innate factors we must first fight against: resistance, conventions and rigid patterns of thinking

Something big is happening in South Africa! The 2025 Labour Law Amendment Bill could quietly reshape the meaning of work, power, and dignity in the country’s labour market if some of the reforms pass as proposed. There’s negatives and positives. 1/🧵🇿🇦

South Africa's been a testing ground for a new global economic order, with certain leaders in the ANC allegedly playing along. The idea is that compromised leaders are needed to selectively apply laws and push through changes. In SA, some of these leaders are ex-apartheid collaborators, allegedly helping to set up systems for profiteering.

Residents of Mamelodi are being warned about alarming allegations of extortion that could disrupt critical mobile network services in the area. On Sunday, 29 March 2026, in Nelmapius, a group of men allegedly attempted to extort money from security personnel escorting technicians responsible for maintaining Vodacom and MTN network towers. According to eyewitness accounts, the suspects confronted the Bidvest security team. They demanded payment, warning that if their demands were not met, technicians would be prevented from carrying out essential maintenance work in Mamelodi. The situation quickly escalated into a physical confrontation between the alleged extortionists and security personnel. Video footage in our possession shows the altercation unfolding on site. In a further escalation, a generator intended to support the maintenance operation was also blocked from being deployed by the same group. This means the people of Nellmaphius will be affected by network connections on Sunday. Residents are now facing the real possibility of network disruptions if such interference continues. Reliable mobile connectivity is vital for emergency services, banking, businesses, education, and daily communication, making these alleged actions a serious threat to the entire community. Despite police reportedly arriving at the scene, no arrests were made at the time, raising concerns about enforcement and accountability. Community members are calling for urgent intervention from authorities to investigate and put an end to the alleged extortion. “This is not just about money, it’s about holding an entire community hostage,” the source said. Residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any similar incidents.

One day South African companies will finally speak openly about the hundreds of thousands of dollars they’ve been forced to pay in ransoms just to secure the release of their kidnapped executives in Nigeria. Nigeria is a Mafia State ‼️

As a Motswana person I lived and worked in KZN for 3yrs and not once was I treated badly or subjected to tribalism instead the AmaZulu people when they interacted with me, they asked me if I could teach them my language and asked me questions about the Batswana people, they were always interested and eager to learn about me, my culture and my people, Don’t fall for the propaganda that the AmaZulu people are Tribalists
