@OllyMetcalfe @UKLabour I enquired for my 2 daughters who are at private school in Hampshire, I was told there were no places available at any of the local 6 state schools, I was offered places at 2 separate schools both in opposite directions and 20 minute drive from my home!

We were told by @UKLabour and their merry band of zealots that there would be ample space in the state sector for children moving from the private sector.
Predictably, that was yet another lie ⬇️

She was told they have a lot of parents in her position looking for a place, so there will be a long wait! @bphillipsonMP what do they do?

@bphillipsonMP @educationgovuk We've just been informed that my daughters School will be passing on the full 20% VAT, a cost increase which we cannot burden, I've made countless enquiries to our county education department to find local places at state schools, all they are saying is there full!!

@EssexPR Its not great at all , I have a business in Farnborough employing around 50 people and it is especially hard for local young people and families to get on the property ladder, its a real kick in the teeth to all of them.

300 male asylum seekers to be moved into newly built luxury apartments in Farnborough, that were up for rent at £1400 p/ mth.
I bet many of Britains poorest would do anything for that sort of treatment.
This has to stop,it’s an utter kick in the teeth for Britains less well off.

@NationGolfing @top100golf Played it in September for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it, very traditional club and coming from down South it reminded me a little bit of Tandridge or Swinley as a club. The course I really enjoyed, great bunkering and it was in very good condition.
