Think this photo hit me harder than any other. Dillon Quirke set off yesterday to do what all young GAA men long to do, represent his Club in Championship on a beautiful summer eve. God rest him & may the Clonoulty/Rossmore sod he graced with such elegance rest lightly upon him
@JOEdotie Did all the rest of the hall singing along apologise!!!no different than if someone sang about the deaths in an American school completely unacceptable
The two men apologised for their actions, which they said "whilst fuelled by alcohol, can neither be mitigated or excused in any shape or form"

#tommytiernan@tommyhectorshow probably the funniest thing on the radio airwaves this week is Hector stinging Laurita with a nettle on the THL podcast. Nothing erudite here but my god it’s good listening!! Hope you are okay Laurita xx
@JohnFogartyIrl Not so long ago kilkenny were walking over all opposition and could yet this year but because it doesn't suit you we should change!!! I'd love to see kerry get over that almost impossible wall built to keep them down
@laoishurler I think the first one was as bad I thought there was a new punishment for slowing down a free surely the same for a line ball, definitely refs are harder on limerick
It's simply NOT good enough, hegarty gets a second yellow for a clash of hurls..clare are such a brave and excellent team, but that "Dive" in hurling is uncalled for.
@NiallCorby@CrossyTweets Ha ha saltill the bus pulled up outside the slot machines anyone with money lost it in minutes and spent the rest of the day with their noses to the glass of the 2p machine willing them to fall
Lads what was the worst school tour you went on?
Like did they bring you to a factory that make boxes...
We were once brought around to the 'big yard' to have a picnic 😂😂
@GAA__JOE Brilliant display but harsh on the clare keeper for moving off the line ,hogan moved too maybe not by as much but came off his line just the same
Referee Fergal Horgan congratulates his son Eoin who, after winning the Munster minor title as Tipperary goalkeeper, is yet to concede a goal in the competition 👏
@AidanMcLernon My wife Tricia Cahill and I met up with seaney in July 2020 and only heard of his passing this march please pass on our condolences to you and your family, a legend doesn't start to describe him and an absolute gentleman to boot
@KeeffeNed Sean "Foxy" McLernon was my uncle. A legend of a man who is part of many a story from irish people who passed through Melbourne over the years.
Had the pleasure of lining out against this legend yesterday. As well as having Laois blood, his godparents happen to be my aunt & uncle, John and Patricia (RIP) McNally from Antrim.
