Keegan Daniel

We are pleased to announce the appointment of @TheSharksRugby legend Keegan Daniel as our Director of Rugby. Keegan earned a massive 273 caps for the Sharks & 5 Springbok caps. Keegan was welcomed by his former teammate & current Sports Director at Kearsney, Mr Waylon Murray.

It is worth having a conversation about ‘mental toughness’. It is currently the most overused and least understood concept in sports psychology. I neither agree with nor use this term.

@jameswhile Ah but by definition a penalty try will be deliberate foul play preventing a score. You not think that deserves yellow if the culprit is obvious?
