@ZeroMargins @thomasamzz After talking to the supplier over the phone, it's clear Thomas is using fraudulent invoices, and Thomas is refusing to help in any capacity. There is no insurance, accountability, or honor in how he does business, be very careful.

Seeing some awful check in times on pallets right now. Especially shipments going to ABE8 - Florence NJ. I shipped this pallet out on Sep 26th. It is now October 10th and the tracking information has not updated or changed. Has anyone faced a problem similar before? Tried contacting support and they told me to wait till the shipment closes.
