The will to survive despite all odds

When you’ve got political speakers banned from entering the UK and many people have been arrested over social media posts in the past two years, it’s obvious what’s happening. Labour are using the power of government to suppress free speech. That power was given to them by the public, and this is an abuse of it.

This is what our Government, with the help of the media does to people who want change. They work day in and day out to disparage & squash dissent. Mocking, name calling & driving others to hate anyone who steps out of line is not freedom or democracy.

When private citizens are punished more severely for speaking than public officials are punished for stealing, the system is no longer protecting accountability, it is protecting power. A healthy society cannot survive when truth is feared more than corruption. The law should restrain abuse of power, not silence those who question it.
