Looking for Protocol help:
We would like to do flow cytometry on fixed and permeabilized parasites stained for an intra cellular marker. But no matter what combination of glutaraldehyde and formaldehyde we tried, our cells kept lysing. ADvice or protocol if you've done this. 🙏
