Yesterday at my weekly weigh in my mom decided she'll say 'how did you do that?!' while laughing NEXT TO THE DOCTOR because I volume ate and it showed I'm 39.5kg . I VOLUME ATE THE FUCKING 1.5KG AND SHE LAUGHED THAT I GAINED ?? WTF DUDE AM I OVERSENSITIVE IT GEN MADE ME WANNA KMS
@KeineAbsolut@deinechorus minimum 0.5g per kg bodyweight so at least 20g but honestly i think u should eat a bit more than that just try not to eat less than 20g tho , 20g-40g is a good range for u
im so conflicted people online are saying in order to get smaller and leaner i need to up my calories but… THAT MAKES NO SENSE SOMEONE ENLIGHTEN ME why do those videos say 1200 wont work on them but 1700 did
@KeineAbsolut@deinechorus it doesnt seem high at all especially if u burn 400 cals a day , my maintenance is almost 3000 cals when i walk 30k steps , and most days its at least 2200
@KeineAbsolut@deinechorus hmm i would lower it in that case cuz overdoing protein by more than 2.2g per kg has been shown to be pointless in multiple studies , like theres a limit to the amount of protein ur body can use , so maybe aim for 80g-100g to be safe , and dont neglect carbs -
@KeineAbsolut@deinechorus to build muscle u would want to eat near maintenance so calculate ur maintenance with ur activity level and eat just a little under or at maintenance , that will let ur body build some muscle while still losing some fat if thats what ur going for
