From my 1st job out of college writing TV ads for Snapple and Fox Sports, to leading product marketing at Airbnb, I’ve seen a lot. Now the AI era is here and an entire $1T industry is about to change. Who will change it? Why not me? Why not us? Introducing Airpost: a platform and service where world-class creative strategists use custom-built AI to build video ads. Fast. One of the craziest thing that i see these days is that people are home 24/7, in dark, and in front of their screens. This will deteriorate your health! But there's something you can do if it's just 3-4 months more... 1) Get good supplements - Vitamin D, Magnesium, Nicotine patches/gums ( CBD if you have trouble sleeping) 2) Every 45-50 mins, give yourself 10 mins. Do some exercise like walking on the spot, pushups, crunches, squats. Do one exercise til you feel some pump. This is good for your heart. 3) Sleep 8-9 hours, you need some good friends that are active around those hours and just copy trade them. You have to make some good friends, you need sleep. When you don't sleep your health fucks up more. 4) Make your work station where you can get light/air. If that's not possible then do something where the air is circulated a lot. 5) Order from good restaurants. Opt for salads, meat and shit + Protein powder twice a day. Fuck off vegans. 6) Drink Tea when you feel worthless, and need that extra omph. When you are figuring out any online business, you get this obsession that is weird af and you have to be glued or you feel you're missing out til you make it. I am not going to tell you to not do this coz i did the same thing when i was creating my first business or 8 months back when i was figuring out this space properly. Once you think you have start figuring out, you just have to fucking change things and start socializing again. Like Instead of doing your workout at home, take 2 hours and go out. Same for food. Drink socially. Have fun, when you feel you are doing good. At one point you will understand that it is important to hold, get profits more than just trenching 24/7. I get your addiction. Change your habits slowly and you need a certain level of obsession to make crazy fucking money or get good at anything fast. I hope this helps. Thanks.
