@Groupon_UK I’m having a horrendous experience trying to resolve an issue I have with a voucher I purchased. The customer service has been appalling😡never buying a third party voucher to redeem ever again from Groupon
@HMRCgovuk why is it so difficult to speak to a person. It doesn’t matter what day or time of day, the different options you pick. No one is ever available.
@HMRCcustomers I’m trying to speak to some about this, I’ve had advice that if an overpaid is found there’s nothing I can do about it - currently now been waiting 26 minutes to speak
