And the only grain of truth in that assertion is that if our state is being over run with Muslims, then we only have a SQUISHY, SELF SERVING, FECKLESS Republican supermajority to thank for it. I want to know if this was such a big deal, then why did all these elected officials who voted no, VOTE TO PASS THE VOUCHER BILL THAT IS ENABLING A MUSLIM SCHOOL TO TAKE VOUCHERS DOWN IN MEMPHIS?????

It’s just Laura Loomer making much ado.. she did this to poor Frank Nicely and torpedoed one of his GOOD BILLS, because she only cares about clicks. They batch passed a ton of resolutions because they wanted to get off The Hill as quickly as they could. She is using this as some kind of example because it supports her narrative when it isn’t ANYTHING like how she is characterizing it. Trust me, been in the trenches for the last 6 years, I turned Loomer off YEARS ago. All about the clicks for her.

I appreciate this interview, but we must acknowledge the elephant in the room. How long has Shawn lived here? I don’t believe it’s that long. I understand his ranting about traffic, but cmon? Does he think he is an exception to the rule? My family has lived in Williamson county for 50+ years, middle Tennessee for much much longer than that. I’m born and raised here. Let’s have some self awareness. Shawn you’re part of the traffic problem. Honesty matters.

They will figure out a way around… the Senate has already done their part, the House is looking for a way to get things done without losing elections… tricky business, especially with huge accounts watching. But they will bring it back as soon as they have the votes and cram it through as quickly as possible.

That means they likely did not have the votes to pass it in committee.
BUT they could bring it back at any moment... stay Alert Tennessee!

It’s unfortunate that they don’t carry and pass laws against illegal immigration unless the president (whose ass they love to kiss) sends his guy down to TN l, and makes sure it happens.
Over the previous 4 years, the Biden Administration bussed and flew illegals into TN and they ALL KNEW ABOUT IT, and did NOTHING.
Doing something now, doesn’t make them brave, or conservative. It makes them opportunists. They don’t deserve to get kudos and credit for that.

Today in Nashville, Republicans announced a comprehensive plan to put an end to illegal immigration in Tennessee. Laws will be enforced locally and statewide, will preserve legal immigration, protect taxpayers and end sanctuary cities loopholes. Tennessee will not become the next California, New York or Minnesota!
