@Ooma being non-responsive to critical business account issue / it's been over 7 days - no response! Horrible customer service.

@Ooma Find a way to get through to us at this number - your customer service never is able to contact us on the number of our account. Lets see if you can do it. Instead of us always trying to dial into 800 number and get zero resolution

@Ooma 5124288552. We have been unsuccessful in having this account function on a daily basis - too many issues repeqt again! Too much time wasted. 1) provide instructions: how to release my number so I can port to another carrier? 2) refund my account for monthly svcs I couldn't use.
