"We wanted to do something to remember Paul while keeping the fun memories as part of the experience." Earlier this year Sam and his friends completed Wolf Run, a 10km muddy run with obstacles, in memory of their friend Paul who had #MND. They've raised £2,600 💪 #TeamMND

"I enjoyed the challenge. The icing on the cake was to do it for a great charity like the MND Association" A team of colleagues from BT East Anglia recently completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks after a member of the team lost his mum to #MND. They experienced some spectacular views!

On Monday, Luke will complete his final run of his 5K challenge. He's ran 5k every single day for a whole year, yes 365 days in a row. It's all in honour of his mum, who is living with #MND. He's amassed quite a following on Instagram too having raised nearly £18,000! #TeamMND
