@KellyMaryDance Thank you for letting us know, Kelly. When you place an order for "local delivery", your stock will be picked and shipped from your local IKEA store. Whereas a "home delivery" order is picked and shipped from your local warehouse.

Hey @IKEACanada I'm confused. How am I able to order products for delivery in Ottawa if the warehouse is "fully shut down". I should not be able to check out my cart if that is the case. You cancelled my previous order for this reason.
