@MrsJonesatBHS @BHSBRUINS Thanks for the inspiration! Students were allowed to consult & conference on quiz problems. The catch: Google classroom app randomly select name. That would be the only test scored. All students in class get that score. Kids communicating in scientific ways and working hard!

The best part of @BHSBRUINS completing a collaborative quiz is that they are communicating, providing evidence to support their ideas, and coming to a consensus. (They are all pointing to the right at our big periodic table!)

So proud of our @BHSBRUINS who spent all day competing at the Kentucky State Science and Engineering Fair! Adam Abayev, Lauren Cail, Sarah Cecil, Vaitheesh Jaganathan, Hannah Martin, and Patrick Yopp all placed at state! 👏🎉

I am so proud of the @BHSBRUINS students. They handled themselves with poise and professionalism, earning Ballard High School 1st Place at the Louisville Regional Science and Engineering Fair.
