Friends of ours are looking to leave Canada.
The husband is a specialist and works in our healthcare system. There are only a few of them in Alberta.
He is so frustrated with the system and all the pointless middle managers and processes getting in the way of running a practice and just taking care of patients. He is done with it.
He says its run like a daycare, completely behind on research and technology and has no idea why so many pointless people are employed creating unnecessary steps in the way.

@Kelsisheren I chose to get counselling to navigate grief after my wife passed unexpectedly almost four years ago.
I had to mentally steel myself in case my counsellor suggested I kill myself. I also planned to exit counselling as quickly as possible, as this deadline was on the books.
