Most people who went to organized schools- Fear Failure!! Those schools teach that when you fail you’re a #failure!! That’s why when you fail maths they cain you When you fail to hit the pass mark they punish you by chopping you!! That’s fake mindset. A person who’s failed to hit your goal is not a failure. Because of such a twisted thinking we’re stuck with fear for failure! A graduate fears to start a business because it will fail and as a society we laugh at “failure” Someone fears because they’ll laugh at them. A single mother fears to get a man again because she’s afraid of failing and be mocked A single father fears to get a woman again because he might fail and they laugh at him. Failure should never be punished. It shouldn’t be demonized. It kills innovation and initiatives. While talking to a group of boys yesterday, I asked a question and all knew the answer but feared to give it- why? Because they say what if I give the wrong “answer and they laugh at me.” One time I was talking to my daughter laughing that her team didn’t win 🥇 the school competition. She retorted and said: “Daddy at Taibah everyone is a winner. Winning is not about competition alone. That’s what we’re taught” That lesson stuck well in my head. Laughing at people who have failed must stop in 2024. What motivates a person to put their teeth outside and mock a person who has tried and failed? Which society is this? We even have a full space discussing a person who’s failed a marriage. We have tiktokers that dedicate an entire program discussing how someone failed in a specific situation. How can this be healthy? How will people try when as a society we give much attention to “failure” We must do better than this. If you can’t try something, SHUT UP and watch those who try! A person who laughs at you because you failed is an IDIOT. Detach from them.
