Almost a year since my overall win at this show. I won’t be competing in it this year as I am chasing a pro card on the National stage. But best of luck to everyone competing in this years contest. Can’t wait to return to the stage in December bigger and harder.

I kept this private for a number of reasons, mainly the uncertainty, but on January 2nd I found myself in the ER with a serious medical issue. Sessions, travel, bodybuilding preparations, and even driving came to a halt while I searched for answers. After nearly four months of testing and being bounced around the medical system, as of Friday, I’m officially cleared and 200% healthy.
