@nothenryporter @KendallMackey fine, but there's a kind of 'realism' that leads people to give up a fight before it's even happened. I'm very glad that the authors of this essay aren't prone to that kind of cynicism, and I predict they'll see at least partial victory.

I like Steyer’s people—they’re true believers—but I think he could do more for environmental justice if he just stopped campaigning and gave all that money to frontline communities.
