Our numbers problem strikes again.
The most expensive boxing match in history, the “Fight of the Century” between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao, did not generate one billion dollars in revenue.
On what basis or calculation would a fight between Wizkid and Davido generate such an amount?
Who are the billionaires in Nigeria that would put $1bn on the line?
Secondly, does he think everyone clowns with their brand like Portable, who is more of a palace clown than a serious brand? Why would Wizkid and Davido agree to fight in a ring? The damage a loss would do to the brand of any of the superstars will be immeasurable.

“The heart of man is extremely wicked💔
In Mangu, a story has surfaced that is hard to even process. A young boy was allegedly locked inside his guardian’s house for two whole years. Not days. Not weeks. Two years.
While life went on outside… people assumed he had been sent back to the village. No one suspected that behind closed doors, a child was living in confinement — cut off from the world, from sunlight, from freedom.
Think about that.
No school.
No friends.
No proper care.
Just isolation.
This isn’t just disturbing — it points to serious abuse and a complete breakdown of responsibility by those meant to protect him. Cases like this fall under Nigeria’s child protection laws, including the Child Rights Act, which clearly prohibits cruelty, neglect, and inhumane treatment of children.
Now the questions go beyond shock…
Where were the neighbors all this time?
How did no one notice anything unusual for two years?
What kind of mindset leads someone to treat a child this way?
Most importantly — how many more cases like this are hidden behind closed doors?
👉 If you were living in that area and suspected something like this, would you speak up… or mind your business?
Let’s talk.

This man is a Muslim content creator.
When Jake Lang was dragged off a ledge by violent Leftists in Minneapolis and surrounded by a mob, this man stepped in.
He stayed with Jake the entire time— protecting him, blocking attackers, and making sure he got into a vehicle to reach the hospital safely.
His actions likely saved Jake Lang’s life.

@TheOdin_II That's because Nigerian women marry for financial security.
Since marriage in UK can't depend on a single income, most Nigerian women find it difficult to show me love
English

Since I came to the UK, I have not seen any two Nigerians who came here as single people, met each other here, fell in love, and ended up married.
I am not talking about couples who came from Nigeria together. I mean single people who actually met here in the UK.
And I am not talking about the whole country. I am only speaking from my own personal experience.
Back home in Nigeria, you see people getting married almost every weekend. Two single people meet, they like each other, and before you know it they are planning a wedding.
But here in the UK, it is not the same story.
People do not trust each other. Everybody is looking over their shoulder.

Indeed, Dr. Ahmad Gumi is doing his best to find solutions for the people of this country. We should appreciate his efforts and support him with prayers. Truly, there is only one path to resolving this crisis: engaging with these groups meaning the bandits involved in kidnappings so that we can reach them, enlighten them, and educate them. Only through knowledge will they understand that what they are doing is wrong.
Scholars should also emulate the tireless efforts of Dr. Ahmad Gumi in promoting peace within the community. We pray that Allah helps us, grants us a way out of our challenges, brings peace to us & to our country, and elevates Islam & the Muslims.

Nigeria is my country, and I love my country and extend the right hand of fellowship to the government and people of Nigeria, and to President Bola Tinubu, as the government of Nigeria works to serve Nigeria and all her people, irrespective of their ethnic, religious, and regional backgrounds.
I call on the international community to support Nigeria in achieving its security objectives by providing intelligence and other assistance, so that our gallant armed forces, who have worked arm in arm with the armed forces of the United States in places like Liberia and other conflict zones, can create a safe environment for all Nigerians.
These extremists are not just enemies of Nigerian Muslims, Christians, as well as Nigerians of other faiths, they are also threats to world peace, and Nigeria needs cooperation at this moment to deal with them, rather than confrontation.
May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and may peace, progress and prosperity continue to follow Nigeria. In Yeshua's Name.

@FinPlanKaluAja1 Billionaires buy properties that you can use to get loan. Real estates, Islands, mega yatch and shares in big businesses.
They do new businesses with loans from banks and barely from whatever they earn.
If you have money to build house.
Build it.
English

@FinPlanKaluAja1 It won't be as easy as it would for someone with a landed property to secure such loan.
English

I had a client in Lagos, very rich and liquid guy, was once a bank MD.
The guy was renting, back then he was staying in a house in VI in early 2000's, his rent was N8m. i knew because i wrote the checks to the landlord.
One day i asked him, "why don't you have your own home"
He said,
"Kalu, if i decide to build a house, to my taste, it will cost me N300m. I can use that N300m and make at least N50m a year. This home, whatever i ask the landlord, he does, because he does not want to lose me as a tenant, its painted annually, etc. i don't want to tie down my capital in a home"
Thoughts?
English

@FinPlanKaluAja1 Now let's say the person that gets the loan invests in the business and it goes well and he pays the bank.
He now has a business, and his property
English

@FinPlanKaluAja1 We fail to understand that houses and landed properties aren't like our everyday business
With a landed property worth 300million, you can secure a loan from the bank worth 800million or more.
But if you use a car show room where all you own is 300 million worth of cars.
English

@FinPlanKaluAja1 Let's say these are all these 3 people have as their networth.
And a company like dangote decides to want to partner with 1 person in a business that the partner will need 1 billion to secure such partnership and these 3 persons are the only ones qualified.
