Since quitting weed I’ve noticed better sleep, more confidence, no anxiety, and dramatically improved mental acuity. It was honestly one of the hardest addictions for me to beat, and looking back, it may have been the biggest net negative in my life. Crazy to say, but it’s true.

You fit into a shape that other people recognize, and after a while, you forget you're even in a shape at all. But here, alone, somewhere new, the shape dissolves. You could be anyone. You could be more of yourself than you've ever been. No one is watching to see if you stay consistent.

Sometimes, you look at your coworkers and realise that they’ve genuinely settled for this life, and you need to lock-in extra mad to escape before you become like them.
