Less than .01% of murder suspects are released because of mentally incompetency. It *NEVER* happens. The bar for competency in our legal system is very low. It's more likely the judge would release the suspect for "defense during an attempted hate crime" or something like that.

Chud has been charged with attempted murder According to his own publicly written words (see below) he was planning to kill someone. This will definitely be used as evidence.

Now Chud and myself are mutuals and have talked on multiple occasions just so we are clear. From the looks of it i don’t know if he will get charged with murder, as it looks like self Defense. Buuuuuut….he has absolutely been putting himself in harms way on purpose and something like this was eventually bound to happen. If he does get cleared however, we may be seeing another epic George Floyd style chimp out. Who knows what this could start. Or it could be a nothing burger, not sure. @KennethRWebster Being ok with violence over a white guy using a word blacks say every 3 secs is crazy. Chud’s proved that. If a black guy yells racial slurs at a white guy, white guy likely just want to move along, “ok crazy guy”, and it’s over. It’s acceptable for blacks to get violent though?
