Thank you Ohio Senate District 21 Democratic voters. When all ballots were counted I finished up with 68% of the vote. I will be our Party's nominee facing GOP opposition in November where we will #SendKentBackToColumbus for another 4 years. I am back to work today.

We're still asking questions about the @VivekGRamaswamy finance reports & what did @FrankLaRose do about it when. I make the case that it looks like Frank didn't do anything and this week we filed a public records request with his office to see if I am correct. Your move Frank.

4. On July 7th, I file a complaint with your office about Vivek breaking the law, saying, "the Ramaswamy campaign is violating the spirit and the letter of the law. Our Secretary of State needs to enforce our laws and demand transparency." What am I missing?

3. @nckevns of @OhioCapJournal writes the June 24th story detailing the campaign finance violations. He attempts to get answers from the Ramaswamy campaign and your office. He gets no information or even a desire to address this violation of Ohio law.

Hi @FrankLaRose. You sure Tweet a lot for someone running statewide. Anyway, let's review the fact pattern. 1. @VivekGRamaswamy under reports his campaign finance reports from the past year. 2. You and the campaign integrity unit do nothing to correct the problem.

Vivek Ramaswamy thinks his campaign for Governor doesn't have to follow the laws that apply to every other political candidate in the state. Frank LaRose, a Ramaswamy supporter, doesn't seem to want to investigate the problem. So we filed a complaint. All the details are here.
