@LindseyElem 5th grade started off the year strong in the SCIENCE LAB refreshing our scientific method skills!

Our final day of camp was a BLAST…….off! Students designed, built, and flew rockets as we discussed force and motion! We also created solar ovens, built boats, brought food chains to life, and had an intense individual daily challenge #alittledicey #camplonestar @LindseyElem

Lone Star Camp Day 2! Students learned about birds and how they fly, animal adaptations, layers of the forest, and created creatures that represented the inherited traits and learned behaviors from their monster parents @LindseyElem

The first day of Camp Lonestar was a hit! On Wednesday the students got their hands dirty learning about the rock cycle, weathering, and erosion. Our daily challenge sure made us smile and tasted great when we were successful! #cookiefacechallenge @LindseyElem
