Dodge County Sheriff’s Office confirms all three people on board the plane have died. Their bodies have been recovered. The FAA and NTSB will take over the investigation.

Sgt. Brie Frank with Dodge Co. says multiple agencies are working in the water, with air boats and drones searching the Platte River. No word on how many people were on board the plane yet - crews will be here throughout the night.

Chief Michon Morrow went on to say, "The Lincoln Police Department does not contact individuals to determine immigration status and does not have the authority to enforce immigration laws."

Pres. Trump has said mass deportations will begin soon. @Lincoln_Police chief is addressing the city saying, "We are dedicated to making sure everyone feels safe and treated with respect when they interact with LPD officers."
