Sophomore Julian Micetich sets a new PR and Fresh/Soph record in the 110m Hurdles at State with a time of :15.12!! He entered the meet seeded 19th and took 13th! Great run, Julian!!

Ella Wills had three of her best jumps all season in the finals, setting a personal record of 10.89m (35’ 8.5”) and medals with a 9th place finish at state!! Way to go Ella!!!

Evelyn Wills made 4’ 11” and juuust missed finals qualifying height by a heel. Great jumping, Evelyn!

Ella Wills is going to FINALS!! She will compete tomorrow at 10:30am, ranked 8th in state. She came into the state competition ranked 19th. She jumped a big personal record of 35’ 7.75”! Great job Ella!!

Ella Willa will finish 14th at state with a jump of 15’ 11”. Noe she will refocus for Triple Jump!

Julian Micetich is a STATE QUALIFIER in the 110m hurdles with a huge PR of 15.19. He claims the new CCHS Fresh/Soph record, previously 15.3, set in 1993. This makes Julian the #4 All-Time 110 hurdler in school history. Great work, Julian!!

The official determined that there was a margin of error due to weather conditions, and Ella Wills is a DOUBLE STATE QUALIFIER!! She will be going down for Triple AND Long jump! (Her official long mark is now 16’ 8.75”).
