Lockdown puts a strain on the mental health of pretty much all of us, especially those already struggling. At 7pm our Senior Pastor @SimonBenham will be speaking with Dr Kate Middleton from @mindandsouluk. Kate is a psychologist and church leader, perfectly placed to help us all.
