A year ago he was battling against high school teams in Nebraska. Tonight, he gets the start pitching for the Creighton Bluejays against the reigning NCAA Baseball champions, the #2 LSU Tigers. After battling back from a pitching injury that sidelined him last year, he’s back on the mound competing on one of college baseball’s biggest stages. After meeting with the National Weather Service, it looks there will be a window in the weather for tomorrow where we feel we can get some games in and try to keep the State Tournament on schedule. ⚽ Soccer Championship Updates: Class B Girls State Championship will be moved up to 1:00 PM. Class A Girls State Championship will be moved up to 3:00 PM. ⚾️ Baseball Championship Updates: We will begin the day on-time at 10:00am and move to a rolling schedule for the remainder of the day. Each game will start approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the game before. We will continue to watch the weather and adjust as necessary.
