@DairiesMcqueens how best to raise a complaint with you please? One of your vehicles regularly comes into our cul-de-sac early morning in error, has to do a multi-point turn to exit and wakes everyone up in the process. None of us are you customers. Road is Woodend, GU14 7BA.

@bt_uk I managed to speak to a real person and not a bot, so hopefully sorted. It seems she entered into a new contract with BT, was upsold a package she didnt need and her landline was switched off without her knowledge. Not a great way to treat an elderly widow at Xmas.

@Kerner_JR It would be best to try them again today as the office is back open. You can also text PHONE + Landline (e.g. PHONE 01912345678) to 61998 to have the checks ran that way too.

@bt_uk my elderly widowed female neighbour has a landline fault and can't call out. She is very worried and I cannot get a response from the published bt emergency support number. Can you help?

@bt_uk No luck. Number doesn't connect from her phonr and I just get an automated menu on my mobile to be told office is closed. What next BT?
