@Keurig I have received the replacement brewer but have yet to receive a call back. Sounds like my complaint is fairly common - I would love to learn what you learned from the brewer I sent back and how you are addressing the faulty descale light and I do not think I am alone.

@Keurig how can we get a leader to call us back? I have an ongoing issue and you have stripped your frontline workers of power to make things right and compensate when things go very wrong. I am surely not the only one in a vicious cycle of help center handoffs.

@Keurig In December you shipped a replacement out immediately and though I offered did not want the broken one - also added a couple of boxes of coffee to help compensate which is the Keurig I knew and trusted. Now you require the brewer received before you will replace. 😕

@Keurig I have had my brewer for a little over a year, just requested my 3rd replacement for the Keurig Duo because the Descale light will not go off despite a thorough troubleshooting process each time with your support team.
