@marcotrizzino @RBerrens @pajanoja With the existing publications in mind (Zalc 2021, Buitrago-Delgado2015), we specifically looked for support to either of these hypotheses but didn’t find it. Instead, we saw pluripotency- like maintenance in the entire ectoderm from gastrula stage onwards
