@JJenkinsSJB In Australia we are almost universally Ms (or Dr for those with a PhD). There is 1 silk in my State who prefers Mrs. I've never been addressed as Miss in court in the last 2 decades.

Question for female advocates. I’m reading Helena Kennedy KC’s Misjustice, and she describes the use of ‘Miss’ as ‘an infantilising and irritatingly persistent label’. Assuming you agree, what would you prefer? To be asked how you want to be addressed? Asking for all judges.
