#midweek you’ll most probably find me in the lost property bin at the school gates. #adhd and #shorttermmemory #focus problems means, to coin a phrase, he would lose his head if it wasn’t screwed on!!!!! Got to be honest though this could be said for a lot of kids (and adults).

Mornings can be tough. Lots of structure ...like putting on uniform and putting on shoes (seemingly the most difficult task of all). I do try and remember though #adhd #Listening #focus don’t come easily. So it’s one #instruction at a time. ❤️#positivity #guidance #patience
