I listened to everyone when they told me I would pick up every germ under the sun from my son since he’s in daycare full-time. Since July I feel like we’ve had at least one form of sickness each month 😢 Please tell me this stops eventually. I’m so miserable & sick of being sick.

I am in awe of our MCS. 2022 budget meeting today and the complexity of the work she does to ensure we have the finances we need, and to comply with the endless list of policies and procedures is amazing! Often the unsung hero so I’m singing now! 🎶 🎵.

My brain is racing with ideas and 'big ticket' strategic planning. I need this as the juggling gives me energy and inspiration but my team don't always like it. They are more methodical. I need to moderate my thoughts and scaffold when to discuss ideas in order to not overwhelm.
