To be clear: - If you believe changing the subsidy to the proposed model is not right, you should vote "no". - If you think an alternate proposal should be considered, you should vote "no" and raise that proposal as an RFC. If the proposal is not accepted by the majority and a minimum of 500m XRD don't participate in the consultation, the subsidy will continue in its current form until new proposals are considered.
