@tomwilliams1974 Restricted numbers of kids coming in. It’ll soon be compulsory, but it won’t be business as usual. There will be small numbers of kids be putting in big spaces on a rota.

Anyone know how schools in France are managing this? Removal of physical distancing?

From tomorrow 🇫🇷 all of metropolitan France to enter “green zone” 🇫🇷 cafes and restaurants to open across the country (hadn’t been the case in Paris region) 🇫🇷 travel to other European countries now possible 🇫🇷 schools to open to all (on a compulsory basis) from June 22nd

You’ll get wet feet, you’re really not allowed to go for a paddle in the river, and if there’s lots of rain during the run we may have to review things but right now, we are on. See you there !

Happy New Year! Throughout this season of goodwill a row has been raging over whether the @lakedistrictnpa spending millions tarmacing a path on an old railway under the A66 so it’s more accessible to all users destroys the landscape. It’s now come to this:

The surface of the path around the park is frosty in places, but not icy. Run with a little more care in places, and we're good to go! Thanks to Lance and Dawn Saxby for taking care of things this morning...
