For Mental Health Awareness Month, we were joined by 2 great case managers from Sheppard Pratt for “Sips & Scribbles” in the teachers’ lounge. A great time filled with mocktails, creativity, laughter, & intentional moments to recharge. #TeacherWellness #SelfCareMatters

Our 8th graders had an unforgettable time at Career Takeover & Tool Fest hosted by Employ Prince George’s! Students explored hands-on careers, learned CPR, practiced using tools, tested army fitness skills, and so much more. Thank you for an engaging and impactful experience.

Teacher Appreciation Week at KMSSI has been nothing short of AMAZING! We celebrated our incredible teachers with an awards ceremony recognizing them in multiple categories, plaques for all, yoga, and a lite breakfast. Special thanks to our PTSA for sponsoring the delicious food!
