When Kevin O’Connell became the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings we talked about the kind of culture he wanted to build. Then to watch him build that culture the last few years has been awesome to see. And today I got to experience that special culture speaking to his team. Wow!! Amazing group of guys! I shared the 7 Commitments of a Great Team with them and the giving your best formula. Everyone wants to be their best and talks about being their best but this team is committed to giving their best!

Second night at @SphereVegas was on fire. It was full of energy, friends, family, and love. Any day you can have @gracepotter on stage is a great day.
