Instead of giving credit where it’s due, you’ve got people like Derek McInnes, Ally McCoist, Chris Boyd and others constantly finding excuses, downplaying achievements, or shifting the focus elsewhere. Add in the bitterness from some Heart of Midlothian F.C. and Rangers F.C. fans, and it just screams bad losers. Celtic keep delivering on the pitch year after year, and no amount of sour punditry or excuses can change that. Champions again — and that’s what hurts them most.
