Pretty good day at the Bay State Conference Championship meet. I was able to get 4th place with a throw of 44ft 3.5 in. Still getting consistent with 44ft. Time to keep working for the MIAA Division 1 State meet next week

Ending my last dual meet of the winter season with a win over Needham. Not the best day technical wise but still was able to get some good marks for an off day. Getting ready for states

Great day at MSTCA D1 Relays. Braintree boys got 2nd 🥈have been getting consistent with 44 ft. Shoutout to Sean Masse and Robby Nuvoli for getting a combined distance of 130ft 9in.

Was able to come in 🥇 and able to get a sweep in shot today in our dual meet against Milton. Starting to get consistent with 44ft

No videos from todays meet against Walpole however was able to get a PR 44ft 10in

Not the best technical day at The Track at New Balance 2024 MSTCA Boston Holiday Challenge however still ended the day with 43ft 5in

Great day in shot, did not PR but still got 1st in the win over Weymouth with my best throw being 43ft 1 1/2in

Okay meet at Newton North, did not PR but still got 2nd onto Baystate Relays

This afternoon 21 Braintree Track and Field Athletes will compete in the Bay State Conference Championship at Reggie Lewis. Wish them luck as they’ve worked hard to get here. Results later tonight!! Let’s Go WAMPS!!!
