@RutterLab @AndrBarrosCarv1 @peiferlabunc Great question @AndrBarrosCarv1! In principle, equilibrium dialysis coupled with proteomics could be used to sleuth out protein-protein affinity networks. I have some fresh tech I'm working on. Stay tuned!
