Longrun pace (tyre adjusted) 👀👇 - Norris fastest due to better pace on Mediums - Verstappen was fast as well with better tyre management than McLaren - Sauber, Racing Bulls and Alpine with great pace - Ferrari and Mercedes struggling a bit #F1 #SpanishGP #PACETEQ

Just for information: I let out slow longrun laps that were clearly caused by traffic.

Longrun pace (tyre adjusted) 👀👇 - Leclerc was clearly fastest, the tyre adjusted gap is even bigger as he was on the hard C4 - Red Bull with very low engine mode (missing 8 kph) - degradation is very low, which could lead to extreme strategies on Sunday #F1 #MonacoGP #PACETEQ

The #MiamiGP qualifying order if every driver had combined their best sectors from the entire qualifying. 👀👇 McLaren once again missed a great opportunity for a front row lockout (similar to Japan). #F1 #PACETEQ

I've done a comprehensive data analysis that raises the controversial question of whether Lewis Hamilton is generally overrated, including a deep dive into his data at Mercedes in his prime. You can read my findings here (in German): formel1.de/news/news/2025…

Tough start for #Hamilton at Ferrari, here some numbers: - 0.28s on avg. slower than Leclerc in quali - 0.38s slower in the race 📉 - Last year, Sainz was 0.03s behind in quali & 0.05 in the race - So far, HAM is also more behind LEC than Vettel was in 2019 & 2020 #F1 #PACETEQ

Below also the FP1 longrun ranking, if you are interested. Regarding the sandbagging of McLaren ... Norris reached 324 kph in the speed trap in his fastest lap, Verstappen 332 kph. Could be setups, but don't think so tbh. I guess McLaren could've been 0,3 sec. faster still.

Longrun ranking FP2 #SaudiArabianGP - McLaren way ahead, although longruns were cut short (but they were also way fastest during FP1 longruns) - Ferrari for me 2nd fastest, slightly ahead of Mercedes & Red Bull - McLaren sandbagging in quali sims (low topspeed) #PACETEQ #F1

Longrun pace FP2 #BahrainGP - McLaren pretty much in a league of their own - Mercedes fastest on straights (without DRS), equal pace to Verstappen - Adjusted for the shorter stint length, Ferrari wasn't really fast - Williams fastest car in the midfield #F1 #PACETEQ

In my opinion, McLaren gave away a great chance of winning the #JapaneseGP by not trying the overcut with Lando Norris as they overestimated the undercut danger from Russell behind. Analysis how they could have won in Suzuka here (in German). formel1.de/news/grand-pri… #F1 #PACETEQ

Longruns #JapaneseGP - FP1 data more representative than FP2 due to red flags - McLaren clearly fastest & good tyre management - AM & Sauber not representative - Mercedes 2nd force, 0,3 sec. gap to McLaren, Ferrari comes behind - Red Bull absolutely nowhere #F1 #PACETEQ

To judge the performance of each car & driver at the #AustralianGP, it is better to look at the first stint only, as it was not distorted by strategies. This is what came out of it, showing McLaren was in a league of their own mostly due to better tyre management: #F1 #PACETEQ

@Nick02662742 Australia's lap length is above average with 5,278 km. Season average is 5,185 km. So shorter track is not really true. But yes, we can't be 100% sure with that and I get your point.

@KevinH_F1 I mean australia is a shorter track and low lap times than most other races, taking the average of every track than doesnt seem right. Would be like comparing spa and zandvoort and saying „perez was 1s behind in spa so he would be 17th in zandvoort“

Had a look at some data and I think Sergio Perez would have been knocked out in Q1 as well today. PER was on avg. 0,561 sec. slower in quali compared to Max. If you add this gap to VER's Q1 lap, PER would have done a 1:16,579 matching HUL's time for P17. #F1 #AustralianGP

@PeresMircea Yes, he would be 0,26 sec. off McLaren best sectors combined, which would have been 3rd place. But I have concerns regarding their tyre degradation in the race. But maybe this helps for rainy conditions.

@KevinH_F1 Russell best sectora together would have almost match Piastri. We are ahead of the Ferraris.

Quali thoughts: -MCL gained everything in sector 3, VER matched in sectors 1 & 2 -Ferrari couldn’t balance sectors 1 & 3, slow in one or the other. Combining best sector times, HAM could’ve been P3 (+0.377), but the tyre situation made that impossible #F1 #AustralianGP #PACETEQ
