A worker died at an Amazon warehouse in Oregon last week. For more than an hour, workers in the facility were instructed to continue working as the man lay dead. The goal? Keep more money in the pockets of everyday earners: $25k–$100k: Capped at 15% $100k–$500k: Capped at 20% $500k–$5M: Capped at 25% $5M–$45M: Capped at 30% By lowering these rates, we boost purchasing power and support local economies.
