7 weeks post surgery. This rehab looks easy but anyone who has had rotator cuff surgery will know this is a lot harder than it looks ! Making gradual progress & getting after that 1% everyday 🥇The strength of the repair is at about 40 % another 60 % to go! Motivated & hungry
