This week H3H had the honor of attending the Coalition of Athletic Communities for Mental Health (CoACMH) Conference where Kym joined a panel to discuss the current state of #mentalhealth in athletics alongside @hidden_opponent @MorgansMessage. It was powerful to be in a room full of passionate advocates all working toward the same goal-ensuring that athletes at every level have the mental health support they need & deserve.
