Pioneer square is at 50% vacancy. The Needlle, Seattle’s iconic structure is now a homeless encampment. Business are running from socialist ideas and sanctuary cities. At this pace tax rates will increase on those remaining. It’s just a matter of time for the city to collapse. Fewer people to tax, fewer jobs, more homeless.
