I want people to understand how impressive this is. Those are 10-0 nylon sutures closing an irregular corneal laceration. The cornea is ~550 microns thick. That is precise work. Vision saved. Well done!

While choroidal melanoma can sometimes exhibit a dilated retinal vein on FA, it will never have a dilated feeding artery! A feeding artery should clue you into other tumors, such as RPE adenoma. #ocularoncology #ophthalmology
