As foreshadowed last week, misdemeanor defamation charges were filed today against Minocqua Brewing Co. owner Kirk Bangstad. Each charge carries max penalty of $10k or 9 months in jail if he's convicted.

@ThatEricAlper Spente le Stelle as performed by Emma Shapplin. Just the notes do it. It's weird. Something similar happens to listeners to one of Adele's song and it has nothing to do with the words. You can be laughing and the tears just roll anyway.
