Regional Champs! Ran a 48.85 in the open 400 but missed qualifiers still i pr’d by a lot so i cant be mad. Going from a 50-51 my sophomore year to a 48.85 end of my junior yr I’m proud of myself. The work i put in paid off but grind dont stop! 21.5 split 4x2 and 4x4 49.5 split!
