@AmericanAir took 24 days to resolve the flight they canceld, leaving us stranded in Miami. Finally I am completely refunded for the flight. So much effort to get them to refund me for thier screw up. Coutless emails and calls. Worst customer service ever. #americanairlines

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir Really full authority??? because I was told by them that they can't help me and I need to contact the Pasanger Refunds department...who again also do not have a phone number so again here I am sending more emails waiting for replies...two weeks after you screwed us!

Hey @AmericanAir its now been two weeks since you screwed my vacation, and after endless trying you still have yet to resolve this with me. I have never experienced customer service so bad. It should not be this difficult to get refunded for your mistakes #americanairlines

@AmericanAir This is all response I get? A few lousy points? Where is my refund for these canceled flights and Trip taken in vein. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with on anything ever. Can someone in customer relations please call me! HELP!

@AmericanAir Has screwed hundreds of us headed to Bonaire yesterday. After boarding our flight in MIA we were told it was gonna be faster to switch planes (and they had one) than maintenance to repair an issue. Seconds after everyone was off the plane they canceled the flight
